摘要
为了设计出结构合理、性能良好、经济性好的蜂窝纸板,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立双层蜂窝纸板模型,分析双层蜂窝纸板的静态特性,证明了双层纸板较单层蜂窝纸板抗压性能更好,给蜂窝纸板结构的改良和性能的提高提供了参考。
The structure of honeycomb paperboard directly affects its bearing capacity. In order to design a honeycomb paperboard with rational structure and good performance, this paper used ANSYS finite analysis software to establish the model of a bilayer honeycomb paperboard, analyzed the static properties of double-layer honeycomb paperboard. The results show the compression resistance capability of bilayer honeycomb paperboard is better than the one of single-layer board, which provides some reference for improving and optimizing the design of honeycomb paperboard.
