过渡区倾角对变径管补料效果的影响

摘要 研究了变径管过渡区倾角对补料效果的影响,使用有限元软件进行模拟并从理论上分析其结果。随着倾角的增大,补料越深入,但壁厚不均匀现象更明显,同时在过渡区到变形区的连接处有堆料造成壁厚局部增大,严重时会产生死皱。通过分析得出:倾角为20°比较合适,能够有效补料,且厚度不均匀性减少。 In this paper, the influence of the inclination of the transition zone on the feeding of taper tube was studied, the feeding process was simulated by finite element software and analyzed in theory. Conclusions attained as follows: 1. With the increase of the dip angle, the feeding will become deeper but the thickness distribution will be more uneven; 2. Excessive feeding in the connecting part between transition area and forming area will lead to dead wrinkle. It is proved that 20° is a proper angle which can supply enough feeding and avoid the serious uneven distribution of thickness.
