割集算法在中药粉碎设备装配序列规划中的应用

摘要 介绍了应用割集算法实现装配体装配序列规划的思路;从子装配提取、装配层次树、装配关联图、装配约束条件引入入手,阐述了割集算法在中药粉碎设备装配序列规划中的应用方法;并对产生的装配序列进行了装配路径模拟。 The article introduces the application of cut set algorithm in the assembly sequence planning of traditional Chinese medicine grinding equipment. Based on subassembly abstraction, assembly hierarchical trees, assembly correlation diagrams and the assembly constraint conditions, this paper makes an assembly sequence plan for traditional Chinese medicine grinding equipment by using assembly cut set algorithm, and conducts an assembly route simulation of the assembly sequence generated.
