摘要
非晶态合金作为一种节能环保的新材料,受到国内外的重视。针对非晶态薄带自动生产过程中高速、恒张力卷曲的要求,利用三菱Q系列PLC和通用变频器实现了非晶态薄带在线速度27m/s、恒张力条件下的自动卷曲,着重介绍了自动控制系统的硬件构成和数字PID控制算法的实现。经过长时间的检验,系统性能良好、安全可靠,达到了设计要求。
As a new kind of energy conservation and environmental protection material, non-crystalline alloys are valued by more ann more countries. This paper is about the method of solving the problem of high speed and constant tension by Q series PLC of Mitsubishi and AC motor inverter when producing non-crystalline thin tape. The hardware and the digital PID control algorithm of the control system are the main contents of this paper. After a long time of inspection, the system performance is good, safe, reliable, and meet the design requirements.
