摘要
本文通过对核电设备采购对核电项目顺利完成的分析,核电设备采购面临国内国外采购环境及其本身的特点,强调了设备采购管理的重要性和面对的风险,并从设备采购管理的程序建立、进度计划制订、质量控制、信息化、经验总结反馈等方面对设备采购管理的一般过程进行了介绍,对设备采购管理的一些经验进行了总结。
This paper emphasizes on the importance and risks of equipment procure- ment management by analyzing contribution of nuclear equipment procurement to suc- cessful completion of nuclear power projects and domestic and oversea procurement environment and its characteristics, and introduces general process of equipment pro- curement management with respect to procedure formulation, schedule establishment, quality control, information, experience and feedbacks, etc.
