摘要
自我反思对提升新教师的教学效能感十分重要。通过对245位0~5年教龄的中小学新教师的问卷调查及结果分析表明:新教师教学效能感与自我反思总体呈显著正相关;个人教学效能感与自我反思的相关系数高于一般教学效能感与自我反思的相关系数;不同教龄新教师的教学效能感、自我反思及其包含的几个维度的均值基本上随教龄的增长而不断提高;而入职4~5年期出现的快速上升,则显示出入职第5年是教师专业能力快速发展的重要阶段。
Self-reflection is very important for promoting the new teachers' teaching efficacy. The results of the investigation of 245 new teachers with 0 -5 years' experience in primary and middle schools shows the positive correlation between teaching efficacy and self-reflection as a whole, and the positive correlation between individual teaching efficacy and general teaching efficacy, and also the significant positive correlation among each four dimensions of the self-reflection. There are significant variations between different teaching seniority of teaching efficacy for new teachers. Teaching efficacy and self-reflection present a tendency of continual enhancement along the teaching seniority, and present a tendency of fast growing within 4 -5 years' teaching experience as well. It shows that the fourth to the fifth year of teaching is the critical stage for new teachers' professional development.
