摘要
以《心理健康诊断测验表》(MHT)为测评工具,对昆明市4所城区中小学的548名学生进行了心理健康问卷调查,结果显示:昆明城区中小学生心理健康水平整体良好,但有三成多的学生处于心理亚健康状态;中学生心理健康水平低于小学生,其学习焦虑具有普遍性;中小学生心理健康水平无明显的性别差异,但女生的恐怖感更强。对此,学校应加强关怀、广泛教育、有效引导,采取有力措施全面提高中小学生的心理健康水平。
Based on" mental health test table" ( MHT ), 548 elementary and middle school students from four urban areas in Kunming were investigated with questionnaires about mental health, and the results show that the mental health for most of elementary and middle school students is good but there are still one third of students are in the mental sub-health state. The mental health of middle school students, with common learning anxiety, is not as good as that of elementary students. There are no clear gender differences of mental health for elementary and middle school students with more feeling of terror for girl students. Therefore, measures such as more care, extensive education and effective guidance should be taken to raise the mental health for elementary and middle school students.
