摘要
本文介绍了我国现行的分布式能源政策、法规;归纳了分布式能源项目立项管理的有关规定和商业模式,并分析了目前制约分布式能源发展的各种因素,提出了积极的建议。
Policies and regulations of distributed energy system are introduced in this paper. It summarizes the related provisions of distributed energy project approval and business models, and discusses the restraining factors of development of distributed energy system. Some suggestions are given according to our experience and analysis.
