摘要
本文在对我国节能服务公司分类研究的基础上,全面分析现有合同能源管理融资模式,及其融资难的主要原因,总结已有成功经验和存在问题,提出了建立EMC担保基金、构建"大型ESCO融资模式"等融资建议。
Based on the classification of ESCOs of China, this article studies the current EMC financing models,analyzes the main reasons for the financing difficulties,and provides financing suggestions of founding EMC Guarantee Fund, building Financing Model of Large-Scale ESCO, and so on.
