摘要
丙泊酚是目前临床上用于麻醉诱导和维持最常用的药物之一,但是常伴血压降低,这对心脏储备低下的患者极为有害。丙泊酚的血管效应复杂,在体实验显示,丙泊酚对动静脉循环都有影响。丙泊酚似乎影响血管系统的许多细胞分子过程,如钙信号、内皮功能和交感神经传递等。现探讨丙泊酚诱导血管内皮细胞中内皮型一氧化氮合酶激活的机制,以期为实验研究提供参考。
Propofol is one of the most commonly used drugs for anesthesia induction and maintenance in clinical,but is always associated with hypotension which is extremely harmful to the patients with lower cardiac reserve.Propofol has been reported to affect arterial and venous circulation both in vivo and in vitro.Propofol seems to affect many cellular and molecular processes of the vascular system,such as calcium signaling,endothelial function and sympathetic transmission.Here is to provide a reference for the experimental study on the mechanisms of propofol induced activation of eNOS in endothelial cells.
