摘要 内质网应激(ERs)是多种疾病的病理生理基础,在心血管、内分泌及代谢、神经等多种系统疾病的发生、发展过程中都扮演着重要角色,在此背景下,体外诱导ERs成为进一步研究的关键。近年来各项相关研究应用到的ERs诱导剂很多,其作用机制各不相同。了解及掌握一些常用ERs诱导剂的作用机制及适用范围,对与ERs相关疾病的体外研究有重要意义。 Endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERs) is the basis of the pathophysiology of many diseases.In the cardiovascular,endocrine and metabolic,neurological and other systems development and progression of the diseases,it has played an important role.In this context,in vitro induction of ERs is the key for further research.In recent years,lots of ERs inducers have been applied to the researchs,but their mechanisms are different.Understanding and mastering the mechanism and application of some common inducers can help to the studies of diseases which is associated with ERs.
