摘要
调节性T细胞(Treg)通过高表达CD25分子在免疫应答过程中发挥免疫抑制功能,其功能是通过下调自身免疫应答诱导自身免疫耐受和自身免疫性疾病的发生。正常情况下Treg与辅助性T细胞17互相拮抗,保持机体平衡。在感染性疾病和自身免疫性疾病中,通过增加Treg可减缓病情。通过去除Treg联合疫苗免疫的策略,有助于提高抗感染和抗肿瘤的疗效。因此,在疫苗免疫保护中,对Treg免疫抑制功能的研究能够为研制新型疫苗奠定理论基础。
Through constitutive expression of the CD25 on their surface Treg cells play an important role in the immunosuppression.It functions by down-regulating their autoimmunity response to induce autoimmune tolerance and inhibit autoimmune disease.Normally Treg and Th17 are antagonists to each other,keeping the body in balance.In infectious diseases and autoimmune diseases,increasing the Treg cells could relieve the disease.The strategy of depleting Treg joint vaccine immune helps to improve resistance to infection and anticancer efficacy.In the vaccine immune protection,research of Treg immunosuppression provides the theoretical basis for developing new vaccines.
