摘要 透析是终末期肾病患者赖以生存的肾脏替代方法之一。干体质量是评价透析患者水潴留的重要参数。水潴留可引起血压升高、心血管疾病发生、体内炎性因子失调以及贫血程度加重等不良后果,影响患者的生存质量和长期预后。因此,应采取必要措施以避免。通过限制透析除水的方法来保护残余肾功能会影响干体质量达标,可能增加心血管不良事件的发生风险,需要特别谨慎。 Dialysis is one of the renal replacement methods to patients with end stage kidney disease.Dry weight is an important parameter to evaluate water retention in dialysis patients.Water retention can cause high blood pressure,cardiovascular disease,disorders of inflammatory factors in vivo,increase the degree of anemia and other adverse consequences,and affect the quality of life and long-term prognosis of patients,which therefore should be avoided through necessary measures.The preservation of residual renal function with limited water removal in dialysis patients,may increase the risk of adverse cardiovascular events,which must be treated with caution.
