川崎病的研究进展

Research Progress of Kawasaki Disease

川崎病是一种以全身血管炎为主要病变的急性发热性出疹性疾病,好发于5岁以下婴幼儿,但其病因和发病机制目前尚未完全清楚,其严重的并发症是心血管系统损害,并可形成冠状动脉扩张和冠状动脉瘤,已经成为小儿获得性心脏病的主要病因。近年来该病的发病率呈上升趋势,得到了各国学者的广泛关注和重视,现就目前有关川崎病的研究进展予以综述。

Kawasaki disease is an acute febrile rash disease of systemic vasculitis with predilection in infants and young children under 5 years of age,the etiology of which is still unknown.It is associated with the development of coronary artery abnormalities such as coronary artery dilation and coronary aneurysm,and has become the main cause of acquired pediatric heart disease.In recent years,the incidence of Kawasaki disease is rising and has received extensive attention from scholars from various countries.Here is to make a review on the current situation of research of Kawasaki disease.
