通过系统的查询国内外相关文献资料并进行分析和总结,综述血药浓度监测在大剂量甲氨蝶呤对于治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病时的临床指导作用,发现大剂量甲氨蝶呤血药浓度的密切监测在个体化治疗、治疗效果、临床指导等方面均发挥重要作用,是具体临床应用治疗小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的重要保证。血药浓度的监测不仅对于ALL的巩固化疗具有巨大意义,而且在预防白血病脑病方面也发挥重要作用,它将促进ALL治疗的发展。

Here is to summarize the clinical guiding role of the blood concentration monitoring in high-dose methotrexate（HD-MTX）as the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia（ALL）by systematically reviewing,analyzing and summarizing the related documents in and out of China.It′s found that the close monitoring of HD-MTX serum concentration plays an important role in the individual therapy,treatment effectiveness,and prevention of toxicity,which also plays an important part in the treatment of ALL.The blood concentration monitoring not only has a great significance in the consolidation chemotherapy of ALL,but also plays an important role in the prevention of encephalopathy from ALL,which will promote the treatment development.
