摘要
目的探讨急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)患者的凝血机制。方法采用流式细胞仪检测30例健康对照组及50例初发APL患者血浆细胞微粒的水平。结果 APL患者血浆早幼粒细胞来源的微粒为285.0×106(166.67×106~890.25×106)个/L,明显高于健康对照组24.38×106(14.79×106~32.92×106)个/L(P<0.01)。早幼粒细胞来源微粒数量与D-二聚体水平明显相关(r=0.47,P=0.003)。结论 APL患者凝血异常与血浆微粒水平明显高于健康者,并与患者凝血活化密切相关。
Objective To discuss coagulation mechanism in patients with APL.Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the levels of cell microparticles in 30 healthy individuals and 50 newly diagnosed APL patients.Results The number of promyelocytic derived microparticles in the experiment group was 285.00(166.67-890.25)×106/L,significantly higher than in the control group 24.38(14.79-32.92)×106/L,P0.01.These CD33+ MPs were strongly correlated D-dimer(r=0.47,P=0.003).Conclusion Levels of promyelocytic derived microparticles are substantially increased in APL patients compared with healthy controls,which is closely correlated with the coagulation activation of the patients.
