甲状腺癌患者血清中TSGF和VEGF联合检测的临床价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的检测甲状腺癌患者血清中肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的临床价值,探讨其联合检测的意义。方法选择135例甲状腺癌患者的血清标本作为观察组,选取80例结节性甲状腺肿患者的血清标本为对照组,另外选取80例健康体者的成人血清标本作为正常对照组,检测三组的TSGF和VEGF表达水平。结果 TSGF+VEGF的灵敏度高于两者单独检测的灵敏度。观察组中TSGF和VEGF的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 TSGF和VEGF在甲状腺癌患者血清中表达增高,在甲状腺癌发生、发展中具有重要作用,联合检测两者对早期诊断及指导治疗有一定的价值。 Objective To detect the expressions of TSGF and VEGF in patients with thyroid carcionma,investigate the joint test of the two factors and the clinical significance.Methods The study included 135 chosen cases of thyroid carcinoma as observation group,80 cases with nodular goiter as control group,80 cases with normal adult′s serum as normal control group.The expression of TSGF and VEGF in the three group were analyzed.Results The sensitivity of TSGF+VEGF were higher than the two separate detection sensitivity.There was positive correlation between TSGF and VEGF in thyroid carcinoma(P0.05).Conclusion The higher expressions of TSGF and VEGF are found in thyroid carcinoma,playing important roles in the genesis and development of the disease.The expressions of TSGF and VEGF protein may be helpful to the early diagnosis and treatment.
