基于无线传输的视觉引导式控制系统研究

The Study on Vision-Guided Motion Control System Based on Wireless Communication

应用图像处理技术和人工控制指令,通过无线传输的方式对运动系统进行控制,将图像识别信息通过DSP进行处理,转化为控制指令,也可通过无线传输的方式实现人工控制,应用单片机实现PWM调速控制。实验结果表明,该系统能够准确识别图像信息,实现无线控制和自动调速,在自动化生产领域具有较好的可靠性和柔性。

By applying the image processing and artificial control instructions and controlling the management of the movement by the wireless transmission system,the image recognition information is processed by the DSP to convert into control commands,which can also be also be achieved through the wireless transmission of manual control and the application MCU PWM speed control.Experimental results show that the system can accurately identify the image information and realize wireless control and automatic speed,which has reliability and flexibility in the field of automation.
