摘要 结合唐钢第二钢轧厂线材生产线的实际,对现行工业以太网技术进行研究,针对原有网络的缺陷,提出以实时工业以太网技术为主体、以现场总线技术和开放式通讯系统工业标准为辅助的网络结构模型,建立一套安全、高效、稳定的网络系统,提升生产管控网络的技术指标、稳定指标和安全性能,提升线材生产线自动化控制、生产管理水平。为轧钢生产线底层控制网络模型提供一种技术上的参考。 Based on the reality of the production line in the second steel rolling mill in Tangshan,the current Ethernet technology is studied.Aimed at the defect of the former network,the network structure model is put forward which takes the real-time industrial Ethernet as the main body and the field bus technology and open communication system industry standard as the auxiliary.Thereafter,a safe,efficient and stable network system is established.This network system can enhance the technology index,stability index and safety performance of production control network as well as promote wire rod production line automation control and production management level.Then,a technical reference is provided for steel rolling production line of the bottom control network model.
