试论高等学校权力结构的合理化

高等学校权力结构由行政权力，学术权力，学生权力和外部权力四部分构成。随着社会的发展这四种择力也发生了相应地变化。但是在权力的行使过程中出现诸如行政权力泛化、学术权力萎靡、学生权力缺失和外部权力混乱等问题。针对这些问题，文章在最后提出了一些具体举措。

The power structure in higher learning institutions composes four parts： administration power, academic power, students＂ power and outside power. They changes with the development of the society. There are so many problems during their exercising, such as the malpractice of administrative power, the weaking of academic power, the omission of the students＂ power and the indis- tinct of the outside power. So that we have to find concrete measures to solve them.
