摘要
分析了中小企业对国内外经济增长的作用 ,指出高新技术产业的主要载体是中小企业 ,提出了青海省发展科技型中小企业的建议。
The paper analyses the function of middle small enterprises propelling economic increase at home and abroad,points out them being main Hi tech carriers,and gives the measures to develop middle small Sci tech enterprises in Qinghai province.
