摘要
文章以X2120落地式镗铣床谐响应系统分析为主要研究对象,采用了有限元模型分析方式,通过ANSYS软件构建了落地式镗铣床关键零件以及组合结构的有限元模型,并进行模态特征实验分析系统的主体结构分析,主要分为计算机激励系统、测量系统以及数据采集处理系统三大部分的模态分析,利用ANSYS10.0软件开展X2120落地式镗铣床谐响应分析,结果表明弹簧阻尼连接模型只有一阶固有频率与实验结果的相对误差较大,其余阶次均满足一般工程精度。可通过优化模型进一步提高一阶固有频率的精度。
This article with the X2120 console boring and milling machine harmonic response analysis system as the main research object, using the finite element model analysis mode, through ANSYS soft ware component the console boring and milling machine key parts and the finite element model of the structure, and modal characteristics of the main body of the experimental analysis system structure analy sis, mainly divides into the computer as, incentive systems, measurement system, and the data acquisi tion and processing system is the three most of the modal analysis, using ANSYS10.0 software in X2120 console boring and milling machine harmonic response analysis, the conclusion that spring damping con nection model only the first natural frequency and the experimental results of the relative error is bigger, the rest of the order will meet the general engineering time accuracy. But through the optimization model to further improve the precision of the first natural frequency.
