摘要
为满足晶振49S/49U大批量激光打标的需要,设计了一种晶振49S/49U气动自动送料机,该机采用气动元件作为执行元件,结合光纤检测,用PLC控制实现了自动化送料。使工人摆脱了简单、重复的手工操作,实现了一人值守多台机器的生产模式,节约了劳动力成本,极大地提高了劳动生产率。
In order to meet the crystal oscillator 49S/49U large quantities of laser marking requirements, a system used for crystal oscillator 49S/49U electronic components laser marking automatic feeding has been designed, it used pneumatic components as actuators, fiber optic detection and PLC control to realized the automated feeding, it makes workers out of simple and repeat of manual operation, one person may manage more than one machines, it saved labor cost and improved productivity sharply.
