声诱发短潜伏期负电位(ASNR)对听力正常耳的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨ASNR对听力正常耳的研究。方法对20个正常人(志愿者)分别进行气导VEMP短声刺激,记录下VEMP的出现率、潜伏期;再进行气导ABR测试,记录出ABR波,再通过气导强声刺激,骨导噪声掩蔽,诱发ASNR波出现,探讨ASNR波的出现率、潜伏期。结果20个正常人(40只)耳中12耳出现ASNR,出现率为30%,做VEMP测试时,气导短声刺激40耳有19耳诱发出p13和n23波,出现率为47.5%。结论利用高强度短声刺激配合噪音掩蔽在正常人耳能成功诱发ASNR波,说明ASNR只依赖于正常的球囊功能,与其它部位无关。 Objective Inquiry acoustically evoked short latency negative response (ASNR) in normal person. Methods 20 healthy normal hearing subjects were employed. Auditory brainstem response (ABR) and VEMP were recorded. Including latency, occurrence rate. Through air conduction giving click stimulation while bone conduction masking by white nosie masking to evoke ASNR.Results Out of 20 healthy normal hearing subjects (40 ears), ASNR was elicited in 12 ears (30%), In 40 ears VEMP was elicited P13 and N23in 19 ears(47.5%). Conclusion The presence of ASNR was dependent on saccular function, it had confirmed that ASNR not only present in profound loss hearing ears, but also the health ones.
