宫颈冷刀锥切术后生育能力及妊娠结局分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨宫颈冷刀锥切术对宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)II-III级患者生育及妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2005年1月-2011年1月收治的宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)行宫颈冷刀锥切术病例28例临床资料,随机抽取同期在本院就诊的正常妇女100例作为对照组。两组患者的受孕情况以及妊娠结局进行对比分析。结果手术组的受孕率为71.43%,对照组为85.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术组和对照组比较妊娠结局,发生早产、小于胎龄儿的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组发生流产、胎膜早破及剖宫产率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈冷刀锥切术对患者的生育能力无明显影响,可使流产、胎膜早破发生率及剖宫产率增高,但不增加早产及小于胎龄儿的发生率。
