摘要
介绍并研究了余氯传感器的工作原理和内部结构,余氯在线检测系统的原理,系统的硬件电路研究与设计,极化电压电路、微弱电流信号转电压信号、二级放大电路、数据处理以及显示电路的设计。对本系统进行了零余氯值的测定,并与PLC-3200余氯仪进行了对比测试,确定了标定曲线,验证了本系统性能的可靠性以及稳定性,可以用于日常生活用水的余氯检测。
The working principles and internal structure of a residual chlorine sensor and residual chlorine online measurement system have been investigated,and the design of the hardware circuits,the polarization voltage circuit,the signal transduction of weak current to voltage signals,the secondary signal amplifier,and the data processing circuit are described in detail.Experiments with zero residual chlorine values and comparison with a commercial PLC-3200 chlorine analyzer were used to determine the calibration curve and confirm the reliability and stability of the system,which can be used for the detection of residual chlorine in daily domestic water.
