摘要
随着我国高等教育办学规模的不断扩大,高等教育人才培养质量已经成为社会普遍关注和教育界高度重视的热门话题。如何使医学本科毕业生的质量评价在教育改革与发展中真正发挥好宏观监控、检验、导向和激励等作用成为重要的研究课题。潍坊医学院采用自我评价、督导评价、社会评价三种方式探讨医学本科毕业生质量,以期为高等医学院校提高教学质量提供某些参考之处。
With the continuous expansion of China' s higher education, the quality of talents training has become a hot topic for society as a whole and the education sector. It has become an important re- search project how to make the assessment of medical graduates' quality play the role of good macro monitoring, inspection, guidance and incentives in education reform and development. Our college ex plored this issue from self-evaluation, inspector's evaluation and society's evaluation to ensure the assessment of graduates' quality, hoping to provide reference for medical colleges and universities in improving teaching quality.
