略谈易卦与二进位制——兼与魏安明先生商榷

EIGHT DIAGRAMS AND THE BINARY SYSTEM——AND IN CONSULTATION WITH MR.WEI ANMING

作者认为魏安明的论文《八卦作为一种无零二进制数符系统的解说》对卦序的二进制解说是一个自创的新解说 ,缺乏相应的原始文献支持。文章通过对易卦与二进制问题研究始末的介绍指出 ,学术界已有共识 :易卦系统本身是一种二进位制数表示方式 ,而古人是否对此有自觉才是问题的关键。作者认为至迟在邵雍易学中中国古人对此已经有明确的自觉。

This paper states that the explantion of the eight diagrams as a kind of no zero binary counting systen by Mr.Wei Anming was a new invention,having no original basis.Now the academic circles have reached consensus that the eight diagrams themselves are a binary system,and the key to the argument about the eight diagrams and the binary system is if the ancient Chinese had been aware of it.it says that the ancient Chinese had been aware of it no later than the Northern Song Dynasty,in the works about Change by Shao Yong.
