摘要
以气隙中一对载流线圈产生的磁场为基础,利用等效面电流法推导出了平行充磁永磁同步电动机空载时的气隙磁密的解析计算公式。在考虑齿槽效应的情况下,利用许-克变换构造了气隙相对比磁导函数,计算出了定子开槽时空载气隙磁密分布。磁场解析计算结果与二维有限元计算结果对比,其计算波形和大小吻合很好,证明此方法是正确可靠的。同时解析法在计算机上容易实现,为永磁同步电动机的优化设计和性能分析提供了基本的分析手段。
Based on the magnetic field which is produced by a pair of current-carrying coils in air gap, the analytical formulas of the unloaded air-gap flux density generated by paral- lel-magnetized PM synchronous motor are derived from equivalent surface current method. Con- sidering the cogging of motor, the no-load air-gap flux density during stator slotting is calculated based on the air-gap relative ratio permeability function constructed by Schwarz-Christoffel transformation. By comparing the calculation results of magnetic field analysis with 2D finite el- ement analysis, it is proved that this method is correct and reliable because of their good agree- ment in waveform and magnituden and meanwhile the analytical method is easy to implement by computer. It provides a basic tool for optimal design and performance analysis of PM synchro- nous motor.
