摘要
为更好地实现高精度定位,提高重载液压拖动系统的动态性能,将步进电机引入重载液压拖动系统中。通过复合驱动控制,由步进电机实现高精度定位功能,由液压系统卸荷主要的外部重载荷,从而使拖动系统的整体性能获得提高。通过Matlab软件对系统进行数学建模和PID仿真,实现了小体积高定位精度的复合驱动重载试验系统的设计。
In order to realize the high-precision positioning, improve the dynamic perform- ance of heavy load hydraulic drag system, the servo motor is used in the heavy load hydraulic drag system. Controlled by the compound drive, high-precision positioning function is realized by the step motor, and the mainly external heavy load is unloaded by the hydraulic system, thus the whole performance of the drag system gets improvement. The mathematical modeling is developed and the PID simulation is carried out, which all base on MATLAB software for the system. The design of the compound drive heavy load test system with high- precision and smaller volume is realized.
