摘要
耳轴磨损是导致钢铁水包设备报废的重要原因。分析了耳轴磨损机理 ,指出粘着磨损和磨料磨损是耳轴磨损的主要方式 ,介绍了耳轴磨损设计应遵循的原则和提高耳轴寿命的方法。
Ear abrasion is a important uneffectual reason in iron and steel can.This paper analyzes mechanism of ear abrading, points out that abradant abrading and adhesion abrading is main way for ear abrasion, introduces the design principle of ear abrasion and the method of improving ears service life.
