本文介绍了一种以差压法为原理的原油含水量分析仪。可用于在线测量输油管道中的原油含水量。与流量计、温度传感器配合,能同时测量并计算出油温、油速、累积油量、累积水量、总累积量等参数。采用微机进行控制和计算。备有真时钟,配有打印接口。使用者可随意设置程序,使仪器测量的各种技术参数在指定的时间或时间隔内打印记录。使用方便,运行可靠。含水量的测量范围为2％～98％,测量误差不大于3％。可用于油田的采油站、中转站和其它任何要求测量中、高含水量的场合,是油田生产中重要的计量设备之一。

This article presents the analysis apparatus of moisture in crude oil in view of the method of difference in Pressure. This apparatus, flow-meter, temperature sensor cooperate to measure and compute temperature of crude oil, flow velocity of oil, grand total of amount of oil, grand total of amount of water, sum total and so on.We make use of computer to compute and control. By means of clock and Port of printer, user can Program as them like, and note down the various of measured data at regular intervals.It's dependable for work and eassy to use.The measuring cxsent is from 2% to 98% and error is not more than 3 % .It can be put to oil recovery、 transfer station and middle or high moisture situation which need to measure .This apparatus is one of important equipment on Production of oil fild.
