摘要
本文提出了一种SCR—powerMOSFET斩波器的方案,即采用powerMOSFET作为斩波器辅控元件,用容量较小的powerMOSFET实现对容量较大的普通晶闸管的控制。试验结果证明了方案的可行性和分析的正确性。
A project of the SCR-power MOSFET Chopper is proposed in the paper. A Power MOSFET is used as the asisted control element in chopper.A large thyristor canbe controlled by a small power MOSFET element.It is demonstrated by the experiment that the project is useable and the aaalysis is correct.
