摘要
运用CAE软件模拟热流道多型腔瓶坯的填充过程、流动温度、变形比例、表层取向和确定气泡、熔接痕的位置,从而确定塑件的成型性能和产品的质量。模拟结果可预知模具结构可能存在的问题,从而设计并优化模具结构。该设计节约了产品生产成本,提高了生产率。
Using CAE software to simulate filling process, flowing temperature, deformation rate and surface orientation of multi-cavity hot runner bottle embryo to make sure the location of air traps and weld lines so that the plastic forming performance and product quality was obtained. Since possible problems of mould structure could be predicted by simulation results, better mould constructure could be achieved by designing and optimization as well as saving production cost and increasing productivity.
