多肿瘤蛋白芯片中NSE检测的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨C-12多肿瘤蛋白芯片中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)检测阳性,对恶性肿瘤筛查及其诊断的价值。方法收集可供分析的25 076例多肿瘤蛋白芯片检测结果,统计不同人群中NSE阳性检测率以及肿瘤患者中NSE联合其它肿瘤标志物的阳性检测率。结果虽C-12多肿瘤蛋白芯片中NSE阳性率较低(103/11 485),但恶性肿瘤患者NSE阳性检测率明显高于良性病变者及正常体检者(P<0.05);在前列腺癌(3.20%)、卵巢癌(1.92%)及肺癌(1.15%)中其阳性检测率较高;NSE阳性同时伴随其他肿瘤标志物阳性,最多见的是CA125(78.64%),其次为Ferritin(75.82%)、CEA(52.43%),其中NSE联合CA125检测阳性最常见于肺癌。结论 C-12型多肿瘤蛋白芯片中NSE阳性检测率较低,但NSE单项检测或联合其它肿瘤标志物检测,仍可用于多种肿瘤的筛查和临床诊断中。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the expression of neuron-specific enolase(NSE) detected with C-12 multiple tumor markers protein chip in malignant tumor screening and clinical diagnosis.Methods 25,076 cases detected with multiple tumor markers chip from 2004 to 2011 year were collected.The elevation of NSE and its combination with other tumor markers were analyzed in malignant tumors and other people.Results The positive rate of NSE was 0.9%(103/11485)in patients with malignant tumor through C-12 multiple tumor markers protein chip detection,which was significantly higher than that of the benign and healthy populations(P0.05).The positive rate was the highest in prostate cancer(3.20%),followed by ovarian cancer(1.92%) and lung cancer(1.15%).NSE accompanied by elevated CA125 level(78.64%)was the most common,followed by Ferritin(75.82%) and CEA(52.43%).NSE associated with elevated CA125 was the most observed in lung cancer.Conclusion The positive rate of NSE detected by C-12 multiple tumor markers protein chip is very low,but NSE single or in combination with other tumor markers can still be used in screening and clinical diagnosis of multiple tumors.
