基于焦炉气的HCNG发动机稀燃特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 在能源稀缺和环境保护双重制约的今天,研究开发新型车用石油替代燃料尤为重要和紧迫。将焦炉煤气作为发动机燃料,不仅可以大幅度提高焦炉煤气的附加值,缓解能源压力,还可降低排放,具有重要的经济效益和环境效益。本文以焦炉煤气作为HCNG燃料的工业来源,在经过甲烷化与适当的提纯后,将其视为体积掺氢比为55%的HCNG燃料在6缸增压火花点火发动机试验台架上进行了稀燃特性研究,并与天然气发动机和30%低掺氢比HCNG燃料稀燃特性进行了对比。从而获得掺氢比55%的HCNG发动机的稀燃极限和动力性、经济性规律。 Under the restriction of energy shortage and environmental conservation,it is especially important and urgent to research and development new alternative automobile fuels of petroleum. The rational utilization of coke oven gas, rich in hydrogen and methane,as the sources of HCNG fuel on engine application,meanwhile good economic and environmental benefits are gained. The main work of this thesis focus on the lean-burn characteristic of 55% hydrogen ratio HCNG en- gine fueled by COG(coke oven gas).
