摘要
针对国内某企业生产的重型卡车,部分车辆出现的驾驶室异常抖动现象,对问题车辆进行了整车振动信号检测实验。利用数字信号分析处理技术以及振动信号分析理论对驾驶室抖动的原因进行了分析。通过振动信号的互功率谱密度分析和相干性函数分析寻找到了驾驶室抖动的振源,再利用整车关键位置振动信号的自功率谱函数分析,诊断出造成驾驶室抖动的问题原因,最后根据分析提出了解决驾驶室异常抖动的方案。
According to the phenomenon about the cab abnormal jitter of part of the vehicles product by a domestic corn pany,we did a signal detection experiment for the body of the vehicle and analyzed of the causes of the cab abnormal jit ter by using the digital signal processing technology and the vibration signal analysis theory. Through the vibration sig- nals' cross-power spectral density analysis and coherence function analysis, we found the vibration sources of the shaking of the cab, and then diagnosed the causes of the problem of the cab abnormal jitter by doing since the power spectrum analysis of the vibration signals of key positions, and suggested solution proposals of the cab abnormal jitter.
