摘要
以白车身钣金件厚度为设计变量,以白车身质量最小为目标,以白车身扭转刚度不低于原有结构的扭转刚度为约束函数,得到扭转刚度对各板件厚度的灵敏度,通过调整板件厚度,对白车身结构进行优化。优化结果表明,在扭转刚度性能略有提高的情况下实现了减重目标。
The thickness of the BIW's panels is set up as the design variable parameters. The mass of the BIW is lowest as the optimization objective and the torsion stiffness of BIW is not less than the value of original structure. The sensitivity value about the torsion stiffness is obtained. The structure of BIW is optimized by adjusting the thickness of the correlative sensitive panels. The result shows that the torsion stiffness performance of the body is improved while the aim of lightweight is achieved.
