摘要
人才资源是第一资源。现阶段国际国内金融形势的变化,对中央银行人才培养和发展提出了新的要求。从实践的角度来讲,在落实人才发展规划、改进人才引进工作、加强专业人才队伍建设、创新人才成长通道四个方面,研究提出适合中央银行履职特点的人才培养和发展的新路径。
Human resource is the first resource, with the change of international and domestic tmanclal situation, the requirements of personnel training and development of central bank are improved. From the practical perspective, this paper explores the new path of personnel training and development which is suitable for central bank' s duty characteristics from the four aspects include human resource devel- opment plan implementation, talent introduction improvement, talent team' s construction consolidation and talent growth channel innovation.
