摘要
随着信息科技的飞速发展,全球化、市场化的进程不断加快,客户需求日益多样化和个性化,银行业需要以更智慧的方法应对新的市场环境与挑战。构建智慧的银行其目的是创造最佳的客户体验,提供随时、随地、随心的金融服务。就智慧银行建设的必要性进行阐述,对构建方向进行探讨,以期对国内商业银行下一步经营转型提供一些有益启示。
With the development of information technology, the customer needs have become more and more diversified and personalized, so banking industry needs more clever methods to face the new mar- ket environment and challenge. The aim to construct smart banking is to create the best customer expe- rience and provide financial service anytime, anywhere and with comfort. This paper discusses the ne- cessity of smart banking construction, the construction direction, and provides beneficial inspiration for commercial banks manage mode transition.
