健儿康宁膏联合冬病夏治法治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床研究

Clinical study of Jianerkangning Cream combined with the theory treating winter disease such as cough variant asthma in summer

目的:观察健儿康宁膏联合冬病夏治法治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将120例符合诊断标准的患儿随机分为2组,治疗组60例采用健儿康宁膏口服及冬病夏治法治疗,对照组60例采用顺尔宁(孟鲁司特咀嚼片)西药治疗。结果:治疗组显效40例,好转16例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%;对照组显效28例,好转22例,无效10例,总有效率83.33%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:健儿康宁膏联合冬病夏治法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著,有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianerkangning Cream combined with the therapy treating winter disease such as cough variant asthma in summer. Methods： 120 cases consistent with the diagnosis standard were randomly divided into 2 groups, 60 cases in the treatment group took oral Jianerkangning Cream and treated in summer, 60 cases in control group took Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets. Results： 40 cases in the treatment group got remarkable effect, 16 cases were improved ,4 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.33% ; 28 cases in the control group got remarkable effect, 22 cases were improved, 10 cases were inva- lid, the total effective rate was 83.33%. The difference of the total effective rate between the 2 groups had statisti- cal significance （P〈0.05 }. Conclusion： Jianerkangning Cream combined with method of treating winter disease cough variant asthma in summer can get obvious effect, which has good clinic application value.
