冯氏捏积疗法治疗小儿厌食症70例疗效观察

70 cases clinical observation of Feng's chiropractic therapy in the treatment of pediatric anorexia

目的:观察冯氏捏积疗法治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法:对70例厌食症患儿运用冯氏捏积手法配合冯氏消积散及外敷冯氏化痞膏进行治疗,并进行D-木糖排泄率检测。结果:临床治愈7例(11.1%),显效29例(46.0%),有效24例(38.1%),无效3例(4.8%),总有效率为95.2%。结论:冯氏捏积疗法治疗小儿厌食症疗效显著,且以其"简、便、验、廉"以及无创性的特点,容易被广大患儿家长所接受。

Objective： To observe clinical curative effect of Feng＇ s chiropractic therapy in the treatment of pediatric anorexia. Methods： 70 cases of anorexia patients were treated with Feng＇ s chiropractic therapy, Feng＇ s Xiaoji powder and external application of Feng＇ s mass-eliminating paste, then detected D-xylose excretion rate. Results ： 7 cases were cured （ 11.1% ） , 29 cases （46.0%） obvious effective, 24 cases （ 38.1% ） effective, 3 ca- ses （4.8%） invalid, the total efficiency being 95.2%. Conclusion： Feng＇ s chiropractic therapy has remarkable effect in the treatment of infantile anorexia, which is simple, convenient, effective, low-cost, noninvasive, easy to be accepted by the majority of parents.
