中医药治疗小儿多发性抽动症综述

Review of pediatric Tourette syndrome treated with traditional Chinese medicine

对近年来有关中医药治疗小儿多发性抽动症的研究进展作一综述,从证候学、辨证论治、专方专药、针灸治疗及疗效机制方面展开阐述。认为中医药治疗小儿多发性抽动症尚存在一些问题,如尚缺乏统一规范的证候学诊断标准、各家报道中少有规范化研究、中医临床路径、诊疗指南的制定有待完善等。

The advancement of the Tourette syndrome treatment in recent years with traditional Chinese med- icine were reviewed from syndrome study, syndrome differentiation and treatment, specific prescriptions and medi- cine, acupuncture, moxibustion therapy and their mechanism. It is believed that some problems for traditional Chi- nese medicine to treat children with Tourette syndrome, such as lack of unified standard of TCM diagnostic criteria and the reported standard research. Clinical medicine path, diagnosis and treatment guideline should be improved.
