动力学理论最初是由自然科学发展而来,最后被引入到社会科学中为冲突的理解与解决带来新的角度。在冲突的动力学观点下,一个比较重要的概念是吸引子,是一种形象的比拟,为理解与解决冲突提供了一种新的视角。文章在对冲突研究进行回顾的基础上,介绍吸引子视角下的冲突观。首先,回顾了冲突研究的发展。然后,运用吸引子的概念介绍动力学思想下的冲突观和解决策略。最后,评述吸引子的概念在冲突的理解以及解决的意义。

The dynamic theory was first developed from natural science, and then was introduced into social science area. And the dynamism brought special new ideas and insight for conflict understanding and re- solving. One of the important concepts coming from the dynamic theory was attractor. Attractor which provided useful way of inspecting conflicts was a metaphor to describe the dynamics within a system. This ＇article would explain the conflict theory under the attractor perspective based on the review of traditional conflict ideas. First began with the review of the development of conflict researches. Then demonstrated the conflict＇ s dynamic with the help of attractor. Finally, some com- ments over the attractor concept and dynamic ideas would be made.
