摘要
本文对组成复杂的黑龙江省若干种地方名酒化学组成物,首次进行了严格的化学衍生化技术处理,选用了毛细管气相色谱法分离,使各族各同系物获得了良好分离效率和选择性。
In this paper, strick chemical derivative methods adopted firstly, and seperation method of complex chemical components in five kinds of endemic famous brand of wines in heilongjiang province by capillary gas chromatography are described, and it shows better seperation efficiency and selectivity for familys and homologues.
