摘要
本文在对样品进行化学衍生化及分类收集的基础上,选择了最佳CGC/MS分析条件,对黑龙江五种地方名酒CGC分离后,进行了在线质谱电离及MS分析。确定了各名酒中的主要化学组成物,最多的达78种,科学地认识了我省各名酒的香味化学组成物。
In this paper, on the base of the classificatory caption and chemical derirative for sample, the optimum analytic condition of GC/MS is seleeted. After the five local famous brand cf wine of heilongjiang are separated, the analysis of MS is used. The chief chemical component is determined the maximum components comeup to 78. It is lead of numbereported by same work in the country. The famous brand of wine of HLJ are initiative scientific determined.
