本文研究了在阳离子交换树脂催化下大豆油脚的环氧化反应。介绍了反应温度,反应时间,催化剂的用量等因素对环氧化的影响。为开发大豆油脚环氧增塑剂,确立了较佳工艺条件。同时做了与环氧大豆油增塑剂的应用对比试验。

In this paper, the epoxidation of soybean oil waste with ionexchange resins as catalyst was studied. The effect of reaction temperature, react tion time anb properties of these resins upon the title reaction was exa-minated. TO open the plasticizers of soybean oil waste, the quite good technique conditions are established. And tt's applications confront the plasticizer of epoxidation soybean oil waste on PVC.
