浙江省宁波市江北区外来务工人员艾滋病知识知晓情况调查分析

Survey on AIDS awareness among migrant workers in Jiangbei District of Ningbo City,Zhejiang Province

目的了解外来务工人员艾滋病知识知晓情况,并对相关因素进行分析,为流动人口艾滋病预防及健康教育提供科学依据。方法通过整群抽样方法,采取现场集中问卷调查的方式,对5家企业外来务工人员的艾滋病防治知识、健康教育需求进行调查。结果外来务工人员艾滋病传播途径全部知晓率为58.2%,艾滋病"四免"政策全部知晓率仅为43.7%;不同文化程度和年龄的外来务工人员对艾滋病知识知晓率不同;91.7%的人认为艾滋病相关知识教育有必要,对面对面的健康教育方式认可度为53.5%;愿意参加的健康服务中免费健康体检居首位,达85.8%,其次为健康教育活动,达58.8%,对社区医生提供的健康服务认可度为64.5%。结论企业外来务工人员的艾滋病相关知识水平有待提高,对艾滋病等传染病防治知识教育需求较大,针对外来务工人员相关知识掌握的薄弱环节,结合有关健康服务活动,开展外来务工人员的艾滋病健康教育是很有必要的。

Objective To understand status of AIDS awareness among migrant workers, and provide scientific basis for AIDS health education and prevention. Methods A cluster sampling method was carried out to investigate the awareness of AIDS prevention and health education demand among migrant workers in 5 enterprises. Results The aware- ness rate of all AIDS transmission routes was 58. 2% among migrant workers, and the awareness rate of ＂four frees＂ policy for AIDS was only 43.7%. Education and age were associated with AIDS awareness rates among migrant workers. 91.7% of subjects thought that AIDS related health education was necessary, the accepting rate of face-to-face health education was 53.5%. The health service willingness response to free health examination was highest among the participant, which was up to 85. 8%, followed by health education activities （58. 8% ）. The recognition rate of community health services was 64. 5%. Conclusion AIDS related knowledge level need to be improved, the demand on health education for preven- tion and control of AIDS and other infectious diseases are great among migrant workers. According to the weaknesses of AIDS awareness among migrant workers, it is necessary to carry out targeted health education combined with related health services for migrant workers.
