先天性风疹综合征的流行病学研究进展

Progress in epidemiological research of congenital rubella syndrome

自20世纪以来,美洲、欧洲、亚洲等一些国家先后开展了对先天性风疹综合征的流行病学调查与疾病监测工作,为制订高效、可行的免疫预防策略提供参考依据。然而在我国,虽然部分省、市相继开展了小范围的先天性风疹综合征病例报告与流行病学调查工作,但尚未对此开展系统、全面的监测研究。本文将近年来国内外相关流行病学研究进展情况进行综述,为制订科学、可行的监测方案提供依据。

Objective Since 20th century,congenital rubella syndrome（CRS） surveillance has been conducted in a number of countries in America,Europe and Asia,which has provided scientific evidences for the development of effective and feasible immunization strategies.However,No systematic CRS surveillance is conducted in China although local CRS case reporting and epidemiological survey are carried out in some provinces.This paper summarizes the progress in epidemiological research of CRS at home and abroad for the purpose to conduct effective CRS surveillance.
