内生场热疗联合沙培林加顺铂胸腔灌注治疗癌性胸水的初步研究

Preliminary observation on local endogenetic thermotherapy combined with Sapylin plus Cisplatin in treatment of carcinomatous hydrothorax

目的通过观察热疗联合顺铂加沙培林胸腔灌注治疗癌性胸水的疗效及不良反应,探寻更好控制癌性胸水的方法。方法选择40例癌性胸水患者随机分成治疗组:热疗联合顺铂加沙培林胸腔灌注组20例;对照组:沙培林加顺铂胸腔灌注组20例。观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。常见不良反应为发热、胃肠道反应和乏力,但均可以耐受。结论内生场热疗联合顺铂加沙培林胸腔灌注治疗癌性胸水疗效值得肯定,不良反应轻微,患者能够耐受。

Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of local endogenetic thermotherapy combined with Sapylin plus Cisplatin in the treatment of carcinomatous hydrothorax,to find a more effective treatment methods.Methods 40 patients with malignant hydrothorax were divided into the treatment group and the control group.treatment group were treated with local endogenetic thermotherapy combined with Sapylin plus Cisplatin;control group were not combined with thermotherapy.Evaluation of response and adverse reactions were practiced during the treatment.Results The effective rate was 80.0% in treatment group,50.0% in control group（P0.05）.The most common adverse reaction were fervescence,the digestive tract reactions and fatigue,but all could be tolerated.Conclusions Local endogenetic thermotherapy combined with Sapylin plus Cisplatin in the treatment of carcinomatous hydrothorax could effectively improve quality of life,and also with low rate of adverse reactions,the curative effect is worth affirming.
